Medium Pheasant (H16cm)

Not only was this posted weeks after the order was placed, a very different looking item arrived. I have requested a refund, but as when I was chasing up the original order and asking why it hadn't been shipped, I have eard absolutely nothing from this company. A complete shambles and I won't bkther again. They dont send what they advertise, take weeks to get it to you and don't answer emailsmor phonecalls.

The product was as advertised but unfortunately took over a month to arrive. Emailed the company numerous times with no response. so if you are happy to wait over a month for the product then that's fine otherwise I would avoid!!!
